The closest thing to a gay restaurant in Miraflores, Tarata Caffe serves everything from standard breakfast to delicious burgers and fresh pastries. After spending boogying the night at Downtown Vale Todo, you'll find groups of Peruvian Jovenes here, happily chowing down on eggs, followed by a thick milkshake.
